RepairClinic.com No Longer Partnering with WebLoyalty
RepairClinic.com Responds to Customer Feedback by Discontinuing Its Subscription Discount Program |

CANTON, MI - August 22, 2008 - Early in 2006, after many customers had expressed an interest in receiving online coupons and discounts, RepairClinic.com investigated the possibility of offering discount programs on their website. WebLoyalty stood out as a leader in their space including their successful partnerships with premium retailers such as: PETCO, United Airlines, American Greetings, EB Games, Chadwick’s and many more. Repairclinic.com entered into an agreement with WebLoyalty in March, 2006 to include their online shopper discount programs on the RepairClinic.com website. The discount programs included:
- Shopper Discounts and Rewards
- Reservation Rewards
With these programs, customers could save 10 dollars off any part or accessory at Repairclinic.com within 90 days of signing up. In addition, for a monthly subscription fee, customers could save a significant amount of money at many other shops and stores, both online and at retail locations.
According to Chris Hall, RepairClinic.com President, “When we began our partnership, we were very excited to be able to offer this great savings program to our customers. Increasingly over time, however, our customers indicated they did not want us to continue the program. In an effort to maintain our commitment to serving our customers, in March 2008, we discontinued our affiliation with WebLoyalty.
Hall also reiterated that, “We are continuing to remind customers that if they signed up for the WebLoyalty program and would like to cancel it at any time, they should call the toll free number on their credit card statement where customer service representatives can cancel the membership immediately." |
