Expecting guests in her home after an upcoming church event, Flora was stopped cold when the door handle of her refrigerator broke.
After having no luck in the yellow pages, she entered the name of her appliance online. Her search results list included RepairClinic.
“At RepairClinic, I was given a list of parts,” said Flora. “Then I was able to select the part I needed. The web site was very user friendly. I was very impressed with how easy it was to navigate and even more impressed with the timely delivery and excellent customer service.”
Once the new handle arrived, her husband had no problem installing it before their guests arrived.
“I saved at least a day of sitting at home waiting for a repair person,” said Flora. “We estimate we saved at least $100.”
